“Muta’assib Khaarjiyo’n Kee Bid’aat Se Bacho Jo Ahle Bayte At’haar Kee Qad’h(hajw) Karte Hain. Jaahilo’n Kee Bid’aat Se Ijtenaab Karo Jo Faasid Ko Faasid Se, Bid’at Ko Bid’at Se, Buraa’i Ko Buraa’i Se Taqaabul Karte Hain Ki Woh Log (Aashurah Ke Roz) Intehaa’i Farhat-o Suroor Ka Izhaar Karte Hain, Eid Manaate Hain, Zeenat Kee Numaa’ish Karte Hain. Jaise Khizaab, Surma Aur Naye Naye Kapde Aur Fuzool Kharchi, Khilaafe Aadat (Rang Ba-Range) Khaane Pakaane Waghaira Me Mashghool Hote Hain. Aur Un Ka Yeh E’teqaad Hai Ki Yeh Sunnat Se Hain Aur Umoore Aadiyyah Me Se Hain Haala’n Ki In Tamaam Umoor Ka Tark Karna Hee Sunnate Nabawi Hai. Kyun-Ki In Me Ko’i Ek Bat Bhi Aisi Nahin Jis Par E’temaad Kiya Ja Sake Aur Na Hee Ko’i Asare Sahih Hai Ki Jis Kee Taraf Rujuu’ Kiya Ja Sake.

Dar-Haqiqat Ba’z A’imma’e Hadith Aur Fuqaha-e Kiram Se Aashoorah Ke Din Surma Lagaane, Ghusl Karne, Mehndi Lagaane, Khichda Pakaane, Naye Libaas Pehen’ne Aur Khushi Wa Inbesaat Ke Izhaar Karne Ke Baare Me Daryaaft Kiya Gaya To Farmaya Is Baare Me Na To Rasoolallah SallAllahu ‘Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Se Ko’i Riwaayat Hai Aur Na Kisi Sahaabi Se Aur Na A’imma’e Muslimin Se Kisi Ne Na A’imma’e Arba’a’e Ahle Sunnat Aur Na Un Ke Ilaawa Aur Kisi Ne Mustahab Bataaya. Aur Na Kisi Qaabile E’temaad Kutube Hadith Me Ko’i Riwaayat Hai Na Sahih Na Za’if.

Aur Yeh Jo Kaha Jaata Hai Ki Agar Aashoorah Ke Din Surma Lagayaa Gaya To Us Saal Me Aankhe’n Na Dukhengi Aur Yeh Ki Jis Ne Ghusl Kiya Woh Saal Bhar Bimaar Na Hoga Aur Yeh Jis Ne Apne Iyaal Me Rizq Kee Wus’at Kee Allah Ta’ala Saal Bhar Rizq Kee Wus’at Kee Allah Ta’ala Saal Bhar Rizq Me Kushaadgi Farmaa’ega, Aur Is Qism Kee Baate’n Aur Yeh Ki Is Din Namaaz Afzal Hai Aur Yeh Ki Is Din Hazrat Aadam Alayhi Al-Salam Kee Tawba Qubool Hu’i. Joodi Pahaadi Par Kashti Qaa’im Hu’i. Hazrat Ibrahim Alayhi Al-Salam  Ko Aag Se Najaat Mili Hazrat Isama’il Alayhi Al-Salam  Ke Zab’h Ke Waqt Dunba Ka Fidya Aaya Aur Hazrat Ya’qoob Alayhi Al-Salam Ke Paas Hazrat Yusoof Alayhi Al-Salam Ke Paas Hazrat Yoosuf Alayhi Al-Salam Waapas Aa’e. Yeh Sab Mauzuʻ Hain Siwaa’e Hadise Iyaal Par Wus’ate Rizq Ke, Lekin Is Kee Sanad Me Kalaam Hai Lehaaza Khaarjiyo’n, Naasbiyo’n Ne Apni Jahaalat Ke Sabab Is Din Ko Mausime Suroor(Eid) Bana Liya Aur Raafziyo’n Ne Maatam Ka Din. Haala’n Ki Yeh Dono’n Khata-Kaar Aur Mukhaalife Sunnat Hain. In Sab Ko Chand Huffaze Hadith Ne Aisa Hee Bayaan Kiya Hai.

Bila Shub’ha Hakim Ne Tasreeh Kee Hai Ki Is Din Surma Lagaana Bid’at Hai. Doosri Riwaayat Me Jo Yeh Hai Ki Is Din Jis Ne Surma Lagaaya Kabhi Us Kee Aankh Ko Aashoob Na Hoga. Is Ke Liye Bhi Kaha Ki Munkar Hai. Ibn Jawzi Ne Apni Mauzuʻat Me Hakim Kee Sanad Se Isi Maqaam Par Bayaan Kiya Hai. Aur Ba’z Hafizo’n Ne Doosri Sanado’n Se Bhi Naql Kiya Hai.

Al-Majd Al-Lughawi Hakim Se Naql  Kiya Hai Ki Roza Ke Siwa Tamaam Woh Hadise’n Jo Aashoorah Kee Fazeelat Aur Namaaz, Infaaq, Khizaab, Tel-o Surma, Khaana Pakaane Waghaira Kee Fazilat Me Manqool Hain, Sab Mauzuʻ Aur Saraasar Bohtaan Hain.

Isi Tarh Ibn Qayyim Ne Tasreeh Karte Huwe Kaha Ki Surma Lagaane, Tel Malne Aur Khushboo Lagaane Kee Hadis Yaume Aashoora Ke Din Ke Liye Kazzabon Kee Manghadat Hadiso’n Me Se Hain.”

Is Se Ma’lum Hota Hai Ki Aaj Agar Ko’i Naasibi Sale Nau Kee Khushiyan Manane Ke Liye Jawaz Bhi Nikalta Hai To Hairan Hone Kee Zaroora Nahin, Kyun Ki Jo Bartan Me Hota Hai Wohi Bahar Aata Hai. Jin Ka Allah Wa Rasool SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Par Iman Hoga Aur Ap Ke Ahle Baite At’har Alayhimu Al-Salam Se Mahabbat- Mawaddat Hogi To Woh Un Ka Hi Tariqah Apna’ega, Un Hi Kee Sunnat Ko Ikhtiyar Karega Un Hi Ke Tariqe Par Apni Zindagi Basar Karega Na Ki Ap Ke Dushmanon Ke Tariqe Par Chal Kar Apni Dunya-o Akhirat Ko Barbad Karega.

Isi Tarh Hafiz Aboo Al-Fida’ Isma’il Bin Umar Ibn Kathir Al-Dimashqi Al-Mutawaffa San 773 Hijri Ne Bhi Bayan Kiya Hai Ki Shami Khawarij Ne Shi’a-o Rawafiz Kee Radd-o Mukhalefat Kee Aad Me Sayyidina Imam Husayn Alayhi Al-Salam Kee Shahadat Ko Eid Ka Din Bana Diya Tha. Chunancheh Shami Kharjiyon Ke Is Qabih Fe’l Ke Bare Me Hafiz Ibn Kathir Likhte Hain Ki:

        “Woh Yaume Aashurah Ko Daane Pakaate, Ghusl Karte, Khushbu Lagaate Aur Qimti Kapde Pehente Aur Us Din Ko Eid Bana Dete Aur Us Me Tarh Tarh Ke Khane Pakate Aur Khushi-o Masarrat Ka Izhar Karte Aur Us Din In Ka Maqsad Rawafiz Ki Mukhalefat Karna Tha.”

Aur Yeh Hadith Ki Jis Ne Aashoorah Ka Roza Rakhkha, Allah Ta’ala Us Ke Liye Saath Saal Kee Ibaadat Likkhega Jis Me Roza Namaaz Hai, Aur Jis Ne Aashoorah Ke Din Ka Roza Rakhkha Us Ko Das Hazaar Firishto’n Ka Sawaab Diya Jaa’ega, Aur Jis Ne Aashoorah Ke Din Ka Roza Rakhkha Use Ek Hazaar Hajj Wa Umra Ka Sawaab Diya Jaa’ega, Aur Jis Ne Aashoorah Ka Roza Rakhkha Use Das Hazaar Shahido’n Ka Sawaab Diya Jaa’ega, Aur Jis Ne Aashoorah Ka Roza Rakhkha Allah Ta’ala Us Ke Liye Sato’n Aasmaano’n Ka Sawaab Likkhega.

Aur Jis Ne Aashoorah Ke Din Kisi Bhooke Ko Khaana Khilaaya Us Ne Goya Ummate Muhammadiyyah Ke Tamaam Fuqara’ Ko Khaana Khilaaya Aur Un Ko Ser Kar Diya, Aur Jis Ne Yateem Ke Sar Par Haath Phera To Us Ke Sar Ke Har Har Baal Ke Badle Jannat Me Buland Darja Milega.

Allah Ta’ala Ne Aashoorah Ke Din Jibra’il Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Paida Kiya, Aur Aashoorah Hi Ke Din Firishto’n Ko Paida Kiya, Aur Aashoorah Ke Din Aadam Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Paida Kiya, Aur Aashoorah Ke Din Hazrat Ibrahim Alayhi Al-Salam Paida Huwe Aur Isi Din Aag Se Un Ko Najaat Mili. Is Din Isma’il Alayhi Al-Salam Ka Fidya Aaya. Aur Aashoorah Hee Ke Din Fir’awn Gharq Huwa, Aur Aashoorah Ke Din Idris Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Uthaaya, Aur Yaume Aashoorah Ko Aadam Alayhi Al-Salam Kee Tawba Qubool Hu’i, Aur Yaume Aashoorah Ko Dawud Alayhi Al-Salam Kee Laghzish Mu’aaf Hu’i. Yaume Aashoorah Ko Allah Ta’ala Ne Arsh Par Istewa Kiya, Aur Yaume Aashoorah Ko Qiyaamat Qaa’im Hogi.”

Yeh Sab (Ahadith) Mauzuʻ Hai. Ise Ibn Jawzi Ne Hazrat Ibn Abbas RadiyAllahu ‘Anhuma Se Zikr Kiya Hai, Choo’n Ki Is Sanad Me Habib Ibn Habib Hai Jo Fitna Pardaaz Tha.

(Isi Tarh) Yeh Hadith Ki Be Shakk Allah Ta’ala Ne Bani Isra’il Par Saal Me Ek Din Ka Roza Farz Kiya Woh Aashoorah Ka Din Hai, Aur Woh Muharram Kee Daswi’n Hai. Lehaaza Is Din Roza Rakhkho Aur Apne Ahl Par Rizq Kee Faraakhi Wa Kushaadgi Karo Kyun Ki Jis Ne Apne Ahl Par Apne Maal Me Se Yaume Aashoorah Ko Wus’at Kee To Allah Ta’ala Us Par Tamaam Saal Faraakhi Karega. Roza Rakhkho Kyun Ki Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Allah Ta’ala Ne Hazrat Adam Alayhi Al-Salam Kee Tauba Qubool Kee. Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Hazrat Idris Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Buland Martaba Par Faa’iz Kiya. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Allah Ta’ala Ne Hazrat Ibrahim Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Aag Se Najaat Dee. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Hazrat Nooh Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Kashti Se Utaara. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Allah Ta’ala Ne Hazrat Moosa Alayhi Al-Salam Par Tawrayt Utaari. Aur Yeh Ki Hazrat Isma’il Alayhi Al-Salam Ka Ba-Waqte Zab’h Fidya Utaara. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Allah Ne Hazrat Yoosuf Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Jail Khaana Se Nikaala. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Allah Ne Hazrat Ya’qoob Alayhi Al-Salam  Ko Basaarat Waapas Farmaa’i. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Allah Ne Hazrat Ayyoob Alayhi Al-Salam Se Balaa’o Ko Door Kiya. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Ki Allah Ne Hazrat Yoonus Alayhi Al-Salam Ko Machhli Ke Pet Se Nikaala. Aur Yeh Woh Din Hai Jis Din Allah Ne Bani Isra’il Ke Liye Darya Phaada. Pas Jis Ne Aashoorah Ka Roza Rakhkha Goya Tamaam Zamaana Ka Roza Rakhkha, Aur Yeh Anbiya’ Aur Moosa ‘Alayhimu Al-Salam Ka Roza Hai. Aur Jis Ne Shabe Aashoorah Ko Shab Bedaari Kee Goya Us Ne Saato’n Aasmaan Waalo’n Kee Baraabar Allah Ta’ala Kee Ibaadat Kee. Aur Jis Ne Chaar Rak’at Namaaz Padhi Jis Kee Har Rak’at Me ‘Al-Hamd’ Ek Baar Aur ‘Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad’ Pachaas Baar Padhi To Allah Ta’ala Us Ke Guzishta Pachaas Aur Aa’inda Ke Pachaas Saal Ke Gunaah Bakhsh Dega. Aur Allah Ta’ala Us Ke Liye Mala’e A’la Me Noor Ke Ek Hazaar Minbar Banaa’ega. Aur Jis Ne Ek Ghoont Paani Pilaaya Goya Ki Us Ne Ek Aan Bhi Allah Ta’ala Kee Naa Farmaani Nahin Kee. Aur Jis Ne Ahle Bayt Alayhimu Al-Salam Ke Miskino’n Ka Pet Aashoorah Ke Din Bhara To Woh Siraat Par Chamakti Bijli Kee Tarh Guzar Jaa’ega. Aur Jis Ne Ko’i Cheez Khayraat Kee Goya Us Ne Kabhi Kisi Saa’il Ko Nahin Lautaaya. Aur Jis Ne Yaume Aashoorah Ko Ghusl Kiya Siwaa’e Maraze Maut Ke Kabhi Bimaar Na Hoga. Aur Jis Ne Is Din Surma Lagaaya Saal Bhar Tak Us Kee Aankhe’n Aashob Na Karengi. Aur Jis Ne Kisi Yateem Ke Sar Par Haath Phera Goya Us Ne Tamaam Aulaade Aadam Ke Yateemo’n Ke Saath Bhalaa’i Kee. Aur Jis Ne Kisi Mareez Kee Iyaadat Kee Goya Us Ne Tamaam Aulaade Aadam Ke Marizo’n Kee Iyaadat Kee. In Sab Ko Ibn Jawzi Ne “Mauzuʻat” Me Bayaan Kiya Hai.”

Is Maqaam Me Khoob Ghaur Kiya Ja’e. Be-Shak Yeh Qadmon Ke Phisalne Aur Aqlon Ke Gumraah Ho Jane Ka Maqaam Hai”.

“Is Par Ittefaaq Hai Ki Nabi SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Par Amda’an (Jaan-Bujh Kar) Jhoot Bolna Gunaahe Kabira Hai Aur Aboo Muhammad Juwayni Ne Kaha: Woh Shakhs Kaafir Hai Jo Nabi SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Ala Aalihi Wa-As’haabihi Wa-Sallam Par Amda’an Jhoot Baandhe, Aur Is Par Bhi Ittefaaq Hai Ki Mauzuʻ Riwaayat Ko Bayaan Karna Haraam Hai, Ha’n Yeh Keh Kar Bayaan Kar Sakta Hai Ki Yeh Hadith Mauzuʻ Hai Kyun Ki Imam Muslim Ne Riwayat Kiya Hai Nabi SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ne Farmaya: Jis Ne Meri Hadith Bayan Ki Hala’n Ki Us Ko Ilm Tha Ki Yeh Hadith Jhooti Hai, Woh Bhi Jhooto’n Me Se Ek Jhoota Hai.”

        “Rasool Allah SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Kee Mutawatira Hadis Me Hai: “من کذب علی متعمد افلیتبوا مقعدہ من النار۔” Jo Mujh Par Daanista Jhoot Baandhe Woh Apna Thikaana Jahhannam Me Bana Le, Ahle Sunnat Kisi Kabira Ka Irteqaab Ko Kufr Nahin Kehte Jab Tak Istehlaal Waghairah Mukaffiraat Ke Sath Na Ho, Magar Rasool Allah SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Par Iftera’ Ko Imam Aboo Muhammad Al-Juwayni Walide Imam Al-Haramayun Ne Kufr Bataya.”

        Ek Aur Maqaam Par Mauzooʻ Riwaayaat Padhne Aur Sunne Walon Ke Bare Me Aap Likhte Hain Ki:

        “Riwaayaate Mauzuʻah Padhna Bhi Haram Aur Sunna Bhi Haram, Aisi Majaalis Se Allah  Azza Wa-Jalla Aur Huzoore Aqdas SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Kamaal Naaraaz Hain, Aisi Majaalis Aur Un Ka Padhne Wala Aur Us Haal Se Aagaahi Pa Kar Bhi Haazir Hone Wala Sab Mustahiqe Ghazabe Ilaahi Hain. Masalan Hazaar Shakhs Haazirine Mazkur Hon To Un Par Hazar Gunaah Aur Us Kazzab Qaari Par Ek Hazaar Ek Gunaah, Aur Baani Par Do Hazaar Do Gunaah, Ek Hazaar Haazirin Ke Aur Ek Hazaar Us Qaari Ke Aur Ek Khud Apna, Phir Yeh Shumaar Ek Hee Baar Na Hoga Bal-Ki Jis Qadr Riwaayaate Mauzuʻah Jis Qadr Kalimaate Na-Mashruʻah Woh Qaari Jaahile Jari Padhrega Har Riwaayat Har Kalimaat Par Yeh Hisaabe Wabaal-O ʻAzaab Taazah Hoga. Masalan Farz Kijiye Ki Aise Sau Kalimaate Mardudah Us Majlis Me Padhe To Un Hazirin Me Har Ek Par Sau Sau Gunah Aur Us Qaari ʻIlm-O Deen Se Aari Par Ek Laakh Ek Sau Gunaah Aur Baani Par Do Laakh Do Sau.”

Ashoora Ke Din Roza Rakhna Farz Ya Wajib Nahin Hai, Albatta Sunnat Aur Mustahab Hai.
