Is Wajah Se Kisi Ko Bhi Mutlaqan Afzal Kahna Ambiya Alayhim-us-Salam Ke Baad Durust Na Hoga.

Fazeelat Batarteeb Khilafat Nahin Hai Aur Is Baat Par Ijmaa Hain. Akaabireen Me Se Kisi Bhi Akaabir Ne Aaj Tak Yeh Nahin Farmaya Ki Aisa Aqidah Rakhne Waala Ahle Sunnat Wa Jama’at Se Nahin.

Allama Ibn Hajar Asqalani Jaise Bade Muhaddis In Kee Baargah Me Ruku Ba Adab Hain. “Usd ul-Ghabah” Jaisi Badi Kitab Me Bhi In Ke Hawale Beshumar Maujood Hain. Imam Ibn Abdul Bar Apni Kitab “Al-Istezakaar” Ko Ki 08 Jildo Par Mushtamil Hai, Me Farmate Hain “Is Mas’ala Me Sarkar Madinah SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Se Saaf Taur Par Yeh Baat Kahin Nahin Milti Ki Ambiya Alayhim-us-Salam Ke Baad Sab Se Afzal Shakhs Kaun Hai. Ulama-e Islam Ka Is Baat Par Ijmaa Hai Ki Allah Qiyamat Me Yeh Nahin Poochega Ki Kaun Kis Se Afzal Hai.

Note: Ab Is Buniyad Par Kisi Ko Kafir Kahna Ya Sunniyyat Se Nikalna Mabni Bar ‘Ilm Hain Ya Mabni Bar Jehl Hai Is Ka Faisla Khud Farmale’n. Yaad Rahe Kufr Agar Nikalta Hai Aur Saabit Na Ho Paane Kee Surat Par Wapas Laut Aata Hai.

(2) Ek Hadith Bahut Kasrat Se Fazeelat Ke Baab Me Padhi Jaati Hai Aur Ulama Ke Nazdeek Bohat Mash’hoor Hai. Jis Me Ek Raawi Jabroon Ibn Waqid Ifriqi Hai Aur Us Se Sirf Do Hadith Marwi Hai.

Aai’e Dekhe Ulama Fann e Rijaal In Dono Riwayaat Ke Baare Me Kya Farmate Hain.

(Alif) “Lisan Al-Mizan” Me Allama Ibn Hajar Asqalani Ne Farmaya Hai Yeh Dono’n Riwayat Mauzu Hai. Aur Jild Number 2/Saf’ha:94 Par Likha Hai Ki Jabroon Ibn Waqid Ifriqi Riwayate’n Gadhta Tha.

(Ba) “Mizan Al-I’tedal” Me Allama Zahbi Ne Bhi In Dono’n Riwayat Ko Mauzu Likha Hai. Allama Zahbi Ne Bhi Us Ko Hadith Gadhne Waala Bataya Hai.

Ab Yeh Saabit Hua Ki Raawi Jhuta Hai Is Liye Un Ki Riwayaat Ko Qubool Nahin Kiya Jaayega.

(3) Imam Qazi Ibn Baqilani (403H) Yeh Woh Hain Jinhone Hazrat Abul Hasan Ash’ari Rahmatullahi Ta’ala Alayh Ke Tamam Afkaar Aur Tahriraat Ko Jama Kiya Aur Us Sab Ka Baqayida Ek Usool Ki Shakl Me Pesh Kiya Hai. Aap Asha’ira Ke Aham Tareen Imam Hain “Jame ul-Usool” Me Allama Ibn Aseer Ne Inko Chawthi/4th Sadi Ka Mujaddid Likha Hai. Imam Yafa’i Ne Mirat Al-Jinaan me Bhi Hain In Ko Chawthi Sadi Ka Mujaddid Bataya Hai.

Imam Baqilani Ne Apni Kitab “Manaqib ul Ai’mma Fil Arba” Jo Ki Lag Bhag Tafzeel Par Mabni Hai Us Me Imam Baqilani Farmate Hain Ki Yeh Jo Afzaliyat Ka Masʼala Hai Is Me Agar Kisi Se Khata Ho Bhi Jaye To Koyi Gunaah Nahin Hai Kyun Ki Is Baare Me Jo Nusoos Hain Un Me Ikhtelaf Hai Aur Aage Farmate Hain Ki Jo Log Yeh Kahte Hain Ki Ham Kisi Ko Bhi Kisi Se Afzal Nahin Maante Hain Aur Na Hi Kisi Ko Kisi Ke Barabar Maante Hain Aise Log Haq Ke Sab Se Zyada Qareeb Hain.

(4) Hazrat Imam Abul Hasan Ash’ari Rahmatullahi Ta’ala Alayh (332H) Ne Apni Kitab “Maqlat ul Islamiyyeen” Me Tafzeel Ke Baab Me Likha Hai Ki Tafzeel Me Ikhtelaf Hai. Kisi Ek Ki Afzaliyat Par Ijmaa Nahin. Aap Ne Paanch-5 Aaraa Pesh Kee Hain. Jo Ki Us Waqt Ahle Sunnat Me Maujood Thi. Aaraa Zail Me Darj Ki Ja Rahi Hain.

(A) Muslamano Ne Tafzeel Me Ikhtelaf Kiya Aur Kuch Kahne Waalo Ne Yeh Kaha Ki Sab Se Afzal Hazrat Abu Bakr Phir Hazrat Umar Phir Hazrat Uthman Razi Allah Anhum Phir Hazrat Ali KarramAllahu Ta’ala Wajh ul-Karim Hain.

(B) Kuch Ne Yeh Kaha Ki Sab Se Afzal Hazrat Abu Bakr Phir Hazrat Umar Phir Hazrat Ali Phir Hazrat Uthman.

(C) Kuch Ne Yeh Kaha Ki Sab Se Afzal Hazrat Abu Bakr Phir Hazrat Umar Phir Hazrat Uthman Hain Aur Is Ke Baad Sukoot Ikhtiyar Kar Liya. Is Ke Baad Kisi Ko Bhi Kisi Par Afzal Nahin Kahte Thay (International Numbering) Ke Mutabiq Yeh “Bukhari Sharif” Me Hadith Number 3697 Par Hai.

(D) Kuch Ne Kaha Ki Sab Se Afzal Hazrat Ali Hain Phir Hazrat Abu Bakr Hai.

(E) Kuch Ne Yeh Kaha Ki Ham Nahin Jaante Ki Hazrat Abu Bakr RadiyAllahu Anhu Afzal Hain Ya Hazrat Ali KarramAllahu Ta’ala Wajh-ul-Karim Hain.

(5) Hazrat Imam Abdul Bar (423H) Ne “Al-Istiyab” Me Farmaya Hai Ki Aslaaf Ne Ikhtelaf Kiya Hai Ki Hazrat Ali Afzal Hain Ya Hazrat Uthman Aur Isi Tarah Aslaaf Me Ye Bhi Ikhtelaf Hai Ki Hazrat Ali Afzal Hain Ya Hazrat Abu Bakr.

(6) Allama Ibn Hajar Makki (984H) Ne Apni Kitab “AS Sawah’iq Ul Muharriqah” Me Hazrat Abdur Razzaq Ibn Mamar Ke Hawale Se Likhte Hain Ki Hazrat Mamar Ibn Rashid (197H) Jo Ki Hazrat Abdur Razzaq Ibn Mamar Ke Waalid Hain. Jo Ki Bohat Bade Muhaddis Hain Farmate Hain Agar Mujh Se Koyi Shakhs Kahe Ki Mein Hazrat Umar Ko Hazrat Abu Bakr Se Afzal Maanta Hoon To Mein Use Kuch Na Kahonga Na Hi Koyi Sakhti Karonga. Kyunki Is Mas’ala Ki Koi Haqeeqat Hi Nahin Hai. Haa’n Yeh Zaroor Dekhonga Ki Woh Un Shakhsiyat Se bhi Muhabbat Karta Ho Aur Is Baat Ko Hazrat Waqi Ibn Jar Se Jo Ki Imam Shafa’i Ke Shuyookh Me Se Hain Ki Saamne Pesh Kiya Gaya To Aap Ne Is Ko Bohat Pasand Farmaya.

(9) Allama Zabeedi Ne Apni Kitab “Ithaaf Sadaat ul-Muttaqeen” Jo Ki Sharah Hai “Ahya ul-Uloom ul-Deen” Ki, me “Risaala A’laam Al-Huda” Jo Ki Hazrat Shaykh Shahab ul-Deen Soharwardi Ki Kitab Hai Is Me Hazrat Shaykh Shahab Al-Deen Soharwardi Ke Hawale Se Naql Karte Hain.

“Ki Aap Apne Mureedo’n Se Farmate Hain Agar Tum Meri Mureedi Qubool Karte Ho To Sahabah Ke Baare Me Chup Raho. Sab Se Barabar Kee Mahabbat Karo Aur Hazrat Abu Bakr Hazrat Umar Aur Hazrat Uthman Se Muhabbat Karo Aur Kisi Ko Kisi Se Afzal Qaraar Na Do Aur Tumhare Liye Kafi Hai Ki Hazrat Abu Bakr Wa Umar Wa Uthman Ki Khilafat Ko Haq Maano Aur Tafzeel Se Bacho.”

(3) Hazrat Imam Baqilani (403H) “Manaqib ul-A’immat ul-Arba” Me Farmate Hain Ki Zyada-tar Sahabah Me Yeh Baat Mash’hoor Thi Ki Hazrat Ali Sab Se Afzal Hain.

(4) Hazrat Kaab Bin Zaheer RadiyAllahu Ta’ala Anhu (26H) Jo Ki Ek Sahaba-e Rasool SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Hain Apne Diwaan Me Ek Manqabat Likhte Hain Jis Me Hazrat Ali Ki Shaan Me Ek Misra’ Kaha Hai Jis Se Un Ka Hazrat Ali Ko Tafzeel Dena Saabit Hota Hai Woh Zail# Me Darj Kiya Ja Raha Hai.

Tarjuma: Ae ALI aap unme sabse afzal hai jo NABI SALLALAHO ALAIHE WA ALEHI WASALLAM ke baad zinda rahein.

Note: Is Se Maloom Hua Ki Kuch Log Aise Bhi Thay Jo Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Ta’ala Anhu Ko Sab Se Afzal Maante Thay. Yaha’n Par Qaabil e Ghaur Baat Yeh Hai Ki Hazrat Bilal Ka Wisaal (20H) Me Hua Jo Ki Zamana-e Risaalat Ke Bohat Qareeb Tha Aur Us Waqt Aise Log The Jo Hazrat Bilal Ko Hazrat Abu Bakr Se Afzal Maante The Aur Yeh Daur Hazrat Umar Ki Khilafat Ka Tha.

(10) Hazrat Imam Hakim (405H) Ne Apni Kitab “Al-Mustadrak” Me Likha Hai Ki Hazrat Walid Ibn Uqbah Hazrat Uthman Ghani Ko Sahabah Me Sab Se Afzal Maante The Isi Kitab Me Dusre Maqaam Par Hazrat Sa’eed Ibn Musayyab Ne Farmaya Hai Ki Hazrat Abbas Ibn Abdul Mutallib Sab Se Afzal Hain Woh Nabi Ke Chacha Bhi Hain Aur Un Ke Ilm Ke Wasi Bhi Hain.

(15) Imam Tabrani (360H) “Al-Mu’jam ul-Kabir” Me Likha Hai Ki Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood Farmate Hain Ki Mein Ne Sattar-70 Sooratein Qur’an Ki NABI Pak SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Se Seekhi Hai Aur Qur’an Khatm Kiya Us Shakhs Ke Hawale Se Jo Sab Se Afzal Hai Ya’ni ‘Ali Ibn Abi Talib.

(20) “Hilyat ul-Auliya” Me Imam Abu Nu’aim# Asfahani (430H) Ba Sanad Riwayat Karte Hain Ki Hazrat Sufyan Sawri Ki Raaye Jo Thi Wo Wahi Thi Jo UnKe Saathiyo Ki Thi Shaher Koofa Me. Wo Raaye Yeh Thi Ki Hazrat Ali Hazarat Abu Bakr Wa Umar Se Afzal Hain.

(21) Hazrat Allama Ibn Qayyim Jawzi (597H) Ne Kitab “Manaqib Ahmad Bin Hanbal” Me Likha Hai Ki Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Ahmad Ibn Hanbal Ne bayan kiya ki kuch log mere waalid ke paas aaye aur unhone pahle Hazrat Abu Bakr phir Hazrat Umar phir Hazrat Uthman ki khilafat par lambi baatein ki. Mere waalid sar jhuka kar baithe the, sar uthaya aur farmaya suno: “khilafat ne Hazrat Ali ko zeenat nahi bakhshi balki Hazrat Ali ne khalifa ban kar khilafat ko zeenat bakhsh di. Iske baad Hazrat Abdullah Ahmad Bin Hanbal ne Apne Walid Se Poocha Ki Afzaliyat ke baare Me Aap Kya Kahte Hain? To Woh Farmate Hain Khilafat Me….. Khilafat Me To Hazrat Abu Bakr Phir Hazrat Umar Phir Hazrat Uthman Afzal Hain Is Ke Baad Woh Chup Hogaye To Mein Ne Poocha Ki Hazrat Ali Kaha Hain? To Mere Waalid Ne Kaha Ae Mere Bete Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib Par Kisi Ko Bhi Qiyaas (Fauqiyat) Nahin Kiya Ja Sakta.

(25) “Al-Mu’jam ul-Kabir” Me Imam Tabarani (230H) Likhte Hain Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas Ne Hazrat Mu’awiya Ke Poochne Par Hazrat Ali Ke Baare Me Ek Khutba Irshad Farmaya. Jiska Tarjuma Zail Me Darj Kiya Ja Raha Hai:

Tarjuma: Jo Log Iman Laaye Aur Muttaqi Huye Un Sab Se Afzal Ali Ibn Abi Talib Hain. Jin Logo’n Ne Qameez Pehni Aur Chaadar Odhi Un Sab Me Afzal Ali Bin Abi Talib Hain. Jin Logo’n Ne Haj Kiya Aur Sayi Kiya Aur Umrah Kiya Un Sab Se Afzal Ali Ibn Abi Talib Hain. Dunya Me Sab Se Afzal Ali Ibn Abi Talib Hain. Siwaye Ambiya Alayhim-us-Salam Ke Kaun Hai Jo Ali K Baraabari Kare Aur Meri Aankh Ne Un Ki Koyi Misaal Nahin Dekhi Aur Na Qiyamat Tak Koyi Un Jaisa Dekh Paayega.

To Is Baat Par Imam Imam Zain ul-Aabideen Ali Ibn Husain Farmate Hain Ki “Yeh Dekhiye Sa’eed Ibn Musayyab Riwayat Kar Rahe Hain Ki Nabi SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ne Farmaya Ali Mere Liye Aise Hain Jaise Musa Ke Liye Haroon The Bas Mere Baad Koyi Nabi Nahin Hoga.

Is Riwayat Ko Pesh Karne Ke Baad Hazrat Imam Zain ul-Aabideen Ali Ibn Husain Farmaya Ki Batao Ki Bani Isra’il Me Hazrat Musa Ke Baad Hazrat Harun Se Bhi Koyi Afzal Tha? To Hazrat Hakeem Ibn Khubair Farmate Hain Bilkul Nahin.

Note: To Yeh Saabit Hua ki Hazrat Ali Ka Martaba Harun Alayhissalam Ki Tarah Hai aur wo hazrat Musa Alaihis Salam ke baad Sabse Afzal hain. To Phir Hazrat Harun Ki Tarah Hazrat Ali Bhi RASOOLALLAH SALLALAHO ALAIHE WA ALEHI WASALLAM ke baad sabse Afzal Hain.

(27) Imam Taj Ul-Din Subqi (771H) Ne Apni Kitab “Tabaqat Shafa’i” Jo Ki Shafa’i Tabaqat Par Mushtamil Hai, Me Likhte Hain Hazrat Ibrahim Bin Abdullah Jo Ki Siqa Rawiyaan Me Se Hain Aur “Sahih Ibn Hibban” Waghairah Me In Se Riwayat Ki Gayi Hai. Hazrat Imam Ibn Hibban Ne Unhe Mu’tabar Raawi Likha Hai.

Unhone Imam Shafe’i Se Kaha Ki Ae Shafe’i Mein Ne Kisi Hashmi Ko Nahin Dekha Jo Hazrat Abu Bakr Aur Hazrat Umar Ko Hazrat Ali Par Tafzeel De Balki Saare Hashmi Hazrat Ali Ko Hazraat Shaykhayn Se Afzal Maante The Bas Tu Hi Ek Hashmi Hai Jo Shaykhayn Ko Hazrat Ali Se Afzal Maanta Hai. Isi Baat Par Imam Shafe’i Ne Farmaya Mein Hashmi Nahin Hoo’n Hazrat Ali Hashmi Hain Aur Mein Abd Munaaf Me Se Hoo’n.

(28) Hazrat Imam Abu ul-Hasan Ash’ari (330H) Apni Kitab “Maqalat ulIslamiyyeen” Me Farmate Hain Ki Hazrat Zaid Ibn Ali Ibn Husain Ash-Shaheed Ka Aqeedah Tha Ki Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib Tamaam Sahaba Se Afzal Hain Aur Woh Shaykhayn Se Bhi Muhabbat Karte The.

Jis Se Shaykhayn Ko Nabi Paak SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ke Manind Anjaam Dene Me Hazraat Shaykhayn Ko Hazrat Ali Par Fazeelat Hai.

Note: Yahi Baat “Husn ul-`Aqidah” Me Hazrat Shah Wali Ullah Muhaddis Dehlvi Ne Bhi Likhi Hai.

(a) Woh Jo Hazrat Ali Ko Shaykhayn Par Fazeelat Dete Hain Aur Shaykhayn Se Muhabbat Bhi Karte Hain. Woh Sunni Hai Aur Un Ki Imaamat Ja’iz Hai Aur Is Rawish Par Kayi Sunni Ulema Aur Soofiya Bhi Thay.

(b) Woh Jo Hazrat Ali Ko Afzal Maante Hain Aur Hazraat Shaykhayn Ka Ihteram Nahin Karte Aur Kahte Hain Ki Mujhe Un Se Koyi Sarokaar Nahin Hai To Aise Ke Peeche Namaz Padhne Ka Wohi Hukm Hai Jo Bid’ati Ke Peeche Namaz Ka Hukm Hai.

Hazrat Ali Ke Hawale Se Ek Riwayat Aksar Tafzeel Ke Baab Me Pesh Ki Jaati Hai Jo Ki Hazrat Ali Se Hi Marwi Batayi Jaati Hai, Zail Me Darj Ki Ja Rahi Hai:

“Jo Koyi Bhi Mujhe Hazrat Abu Bakr Aur Hazrat Umar Se Afzal Kahega To Mein Us Par Muftari Ki Had Jaari Karonga”. Aayiye Is Ka Haqeeqi Jaa’izah Karte Hain.

(1) Ghaur Talab Baat Yeh Hai Ki Is Riwayat Ki Sanad Hi Za’eef Hai Jaisa Ki Hazrat Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal Rahmatullahi Ta’ala Alayh Apni Kitab “Faza’il Al-Sahabah” Me Likha Hai. Jab sanad hi zaeef hai to ahkaam kaise jaari kiye sakte hain?

(2) Sab Se Zyada Ghalat Baat Is Me Yeh Hai Ki Is Me Had Jaari Karne Ki Baat Kahi gayi Hai. Jo khud is Riwayat Ke Mauzu Hone Par Daleel Hai. Kyun Ki Had lagana koyi Ma’muli Cheez Nahin Hai. Had Lagaane Ke Liye Qur’an Aur Sunnat Se Daleel Hona Zaroori Hai Aur Yeh Baat Saabit Ho Chuki Ki Is Mas’ala Ki koyi Ahemiyat Nahin Hai. Agar Is Mas’ala-e Tafzeel Ki koyi Haqeeqat Hoti Ho Qur’an Wa Sunnat Se Hamein Suboot Zaroor Milta Jab Ki Haqeeqat Is Ke Baraks Hai. Had Kisi Bhi Cheez Ki Ho Woh Fiq’hi Mas’ala Me Hogi. Jis Tarah Tamaam Mas’ala Par Jaari Ki gayi Hudood Ka Bayan Fuqaha Ne Kiya Hai To Aaj Tak Kyun A’imma-e Arba Me Se Kisi Ne Tafzeel e Ali Par Had Jaari Kyun Nahin Kee? Kyun Kisi Faqeeh Ne 80/ Kode Kisi Tafzeeli Par Nahin Barsa’e? Is Hawala Se koyi Bhi Suboot Kahin Bhi Nahin Milta.

(3) Qabile Qadr Baat Yeh Hai Is Riwayat Me Had Lagaane Ki Baat Kahi gayi Hai Aur Kisi Faqeeh Aur Muhaddis Ne Is Riwayat Ko “Kitab Al-Hudud” Me Shamil Nahin Kiya Hai. Ulema ka Aisa karna Is riwayat ki Nafi Par elaaniya Daleel Hai.

(4) Ek Baat Yeh Bhi Hai Ki Tafzeel Dene Waale Ko Maftari Ki Saza Ka Bayan Hai. Ya’ni Tafzeeli Aur Maftari Baraabar huye. To 1400/ Saal Se Aaj Tak Woh Tamaam Sahabah, Tabe’een, Fuqha, Muhaddiseen, Aur Akabireen Jo Tafzeel e Ali Ke Qayil The Na’uzubillah Maftari Hu’e.

Ab Muftiyan e Kiram Tafzeel Ali Par Fatwa Jaari Karne Se Pahle Thande Dimaagh Se Soch Lein aur thoda tahqeeq kar lein.

(5) Ek Nukta Yeh Bhi Hai Ki Woh Tamaam Naam Guzar Chuke Hain Jo Afzaliyat e Ali Ke Qayil The Aur Un Tamaam Me Banu Hashim Aur Sahabah Aur Tabe’een Bhi Shamil Hain Jo Afzaliyat e Hazrat Ali Ke Qayil The. To Is Riwayat Ke Mutabiq In Par Had Zaroor Jaari ki gayi Hogi. To Is Ka Tarikhi Suboot Maujood Hona chahiye Lekin Tarikhe Islam Me Is Ka koyi Suboot Nahin Milta. Aur Agar koyi Had Jaari Nahin Ki gayi To Is Ka Matlab Saaf Hai Ki Riwayat jaali hai, Gadh Li gayi Hai.

(6) Is Nukta Par Ulema Ki Khaas Tawajjo Ka Talib Hoo’n Ke Pesh Karda Riwayat Me Had Lagaane Ka Bayan Hai Aur Aap Sabhi Jaante Hain Kisi Cheez Ki Had Lagaane Ka Haq Ya To Allah Ko Hai Ya To Us Ke Mehboob Hazrat MUHAMMAD SallAllahu Alayhi Wa-Aalihi Wa-Sallam Ko Hai Hazrat Ali Kabhi Kisi Par Had Nahin Laga Sakte.
