Hazrat Allama Syed Salman Hussaini (Today’s Hussaini Flag-Raiser)

حضرت علامہ سید سلمان حسینیؒ ( عہدِ حاضر کا حسینی علمبردار)

ہندوستان کی سرزمین سے اس صدی میں جن ساداتِ کرام نے حسینی پرچم کو سربلند رکھا، اُن میں حضرت علامہ سید سلمان حسینیؒ کا نام نہایت نمایاں اور قابلِ ذکر ہے۔ انہوں نے اپنی پوری زندگی رسول اللہ ﷺ اور اہلِ بیتِ اطہارؑ کی محبت و دت کے لیے وقف کر دی، اور ہر حال میں حق گوئی کو اپنا شعار بنایا۔

انہوں نے دشمنانِ اہلِ بیتؑ، بالخصوص امیرُ الفئةِ الباغیة، داعی إلى النار، بانیِ مُلکِ عَضوض، ابنُ آکلةِ الأکباد، طلیق ابنِ طلیق اور بے شمار صحابہ اکرامؓ کے قاتل معاویہ اور اس کے بیٹے یزید کے کردار اور اُن  کے ظالمانہ اقدامات کو بے نقاب کیا۔

اسی بے باک حق گوئی اور دفاعِ اہلِ بیتؑ کی پاداش میں وہ اپنے دور کے مخالفین کے ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بنے۔ انہیں جسمانی و روحانی اذیتیں برداشت کرنا پڑیں، سماجی بائیکاٹ کا سامنا کرنا پڑا، بہتان تراشی، کردار کشی اور مسلسل مخالفت جھیلنی پڑی، مگر وہ اپنے  مؤقف سے ایک لمحے کے لیے بھی پیچھے نہ ہٹے۔ انہوں نے اپنی آخری سانس تک رسول اللہ ﷺ اور اہلِ بیتِ اطہارؑ کی وفاداری، محبت اور دفاع کو اپنا دینی فریضہ سمجھا اور اسی پر ثابت قدم رہے۔

اللہ تعالیٰ سید سلمان حسینیؒ پر اپنی بے شمار رحمتیں نازل فرمائے، ان کی مغفرت فرمائے، ان کے درجات بلند فرمائے، انہیں رسول اللہ ﷺ اور اہلِ بیتِ اطہارؑ کی شفاعت نصیب فرمائے، اور جنت الفردوس میں اپنے محبوب ﷺ اور اہلِ بیتِ اطہارؑ کی دائمی رفاقت عطا فرمائے۔

इस सदी में भारत की धरती से हुसैनी झंडा उठाने वाले महान संतों में हज़रत अल्लामा सैयद सलमान हुसैनी का नाम बहुत खास और उल्लेखनीय है। उन्होंने अपनी पूरी ज़िंदगी अल्लाह के रसूल (ﷺ) और अहलुल बैत (अ.स.) के प्यार और भक्ति के लिए समर्पित कर दी, और हर हाल में सच बोलने को अपना आदर्श बनाया।

उन्होंने अहलुल बैत (अ.स.) के दुश्मनों के चरित्र और क्रूर कामों को उजागर किया, खासकर गलत काम करने वालों के ग्रुप के लीडर, आग को बुलाने वाले, अदुज़ के राज्य के संस्थापक, इब्न अकिला अल-अकबाद, तालिक इब्न तालिक, और अनगिनत महान साथियों के कातिलों, मुआविया (अ.स.), और उनके बेटे यज़ीद को।

इस बेखौफ सच बोलने और अहलुल बैत (अ.स.) की हिफ़ाज़त करने के बदले में, वह अपने समय के दुश्मनों के ज़ुल्म और ज़ुल्म का निशाना बने। उन्हें जिस्मानी और रूहानी तकलीफ़, समाज का बायकॉट, बदनामी, किरदार पर इल्ज़ाम और लगातार विरोध सहना पड़ा, लेकिन वह एक पल के लिए भी अपनी जगह से पीछे नहीं हटे। उन्होंने अपनी आखिरी सांस तक अल्लाह के रसूल (ﷺ) और अहलुल बैत (अ.स.) के प्रति वफ़ादारी, प्यार और हिफ़ाज़त को अपना मज़हबी फ़र्ज़ माना और उस पर अडिग रहे।

अल्लाह तआला सैयद सलमान हुसैनी पर अपनी बेशुमार रहमतें बरसाए, उन्हें माफ़ करे, उनके दर्जे बढ़ाए, उन्हें अल्लाह के रसूल (ﷺ) और अहलुल बैत (अ.स.) की सिफ़ारिश अता करे, और उन्हें जन्नत में अपने महबूब (ﷺ) और अहलुल बैत (अ.स.) का हमेशा साथ अता करे।

is sadi mein bharat ki dharti se husaini jhanda uthane wale mahan santon mein hazrat allama saiyad salman husaini ka naam bahut khas aur ullekhniya hai. unhone apni puri zindagi allah ke rasool (PBUH) aur ahlul bait (a.s.) ke pyar aur bhakti ke liye samarpit kar di, aur har haal mein sach bolne ko apna aadarsh banaya.

unhone ahlul bait (a.s.) ke dushmanon ke charitra aur krur kaamon ko ujagar kiya, khaskar galat kaam karne walon ke group ke leeder, aag ko bulane wale, aduz ke rajya ke sansthapak, ibn akila al-akbad, talik ibn taalik, aur anginat mahan sathiyon ke kaatilon, muaviya (a.s.), aur unke bete yazid ko.

is bekhauf sach bolne aur ahlul bait (a.s.) ki hifazat karne ke badle men, wah apne samay ke dushmanon ke zulm aur zulm ka nishana bane. unhen jismani aur ruhani takalif, samaj ka bycot, badnami, kirdar par ilzaam aur lagatar virodh sahana pada, lekin wah ek pal ke liye bhi apni jagah se peeche nahin hate. unhone apni aakhiri saans tak allah ke rasool (PBUH) aur ahlul bait (a.s.) ke prati wafadari, pyar aur hifazat ko apna mazahabi farz mana aur us par adig rahe.

allah taala saiyad salman husaini par apni beshumar rahmaten barsaye, unhen maaf kare, unke darje badhaye, unhen allah ke rasool (PBUH) aur ahlul bait (a.s.) ki sifarish ata kare, aur unhen jannat mein apne mehboob (PBUH) aur ahlul bait (a.s.) ka hamesha saath ata kare.

Hazrat Allama Syed Salman Hussaini (Today’s Hussaini Flag-Raiser)

Among the great saints who raised the Hussaini flag from the soil of India in this century, Hazrat Allama Syed Salman Hussaini’s name is very special and noteworthy. He dedicated his entire life to the love and devotion of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and the Ahlul Bayt (as), and made speaking the truth his ideal under all circumstances.

He exposed the character and cruel deeds of the enemies of the Ahlul Bayt (as), especially the leader of the group of wrongdoers, the fire-caller, the founder of the kingdom of Aduz, Ibn Aqila al-Aqbad, Taliq ibn Taliq, and the murderers of countless great Companions, Muawiyah (as), and his son Yazid.

In return for this fearless truth-speaking and protection of the Ahlul Bayt (as), he became the target of oppression and persecution by the enemies of his time.  He had to endure physical and spiritual suffering, boycott by the society, defamation, allegations against his character and constant opposition, but he did not step back from his position even for a moment.  Till his last breath, he considered loyalty, love and protection towards the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) as his religious duty and remained firm on it.

May Allah Almighty shower His innumerable blessings on Syed Salman Hussaini, forgive him, elevate his status, recommend him to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and the Ahlul Bayt (a.s.), and grant him the eternal company of His Beloved (ﷺ) and the Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) in Heaven.

Born in 1952 into the distinguished scholarly tradition of Nadwat al-ʿUlamāʾ in Lucknow, Maulana Salman received his early Islamic education under eminent scholars before specialising in Qur’anic studies, ḥadīth, Arabic language and literature, Islamic history, and daʿwah. Growing up in one of South Asia’s foremost centres of Islamic learning shaped his lifelong commitment to scholarship and religious education.

He later joined Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama, where he served as a teacher for several decades before becoming Dean of the Faculty of Daʿwah and Arabic Literature. Throughout his academic career, he taught thousands of students from India and abroad, combining classical Islamic scholarship with engagement in contemporary intellectual and social issues.

Beyond his teaching responsibilities, Maulana Salman played an active role in establishing educational and charitable institutions across India. He served as Chairman of Dr Abdul Ali Unani Medical College and Hospital, Chancellor of Darul Uloom Syed Ahmad Shaheed, Katoli, and President of Jamiat Shabaab ul Islam. He was also associated with the establishment of several institutions in medicine, engineering, and information technology, reflecting his broader vision of integrating religious and modern education.

Widely admired for his command of both Arabic and Urdu, he delivered lectures across India, the Gulf region, Southeast Asia, and other parts of the Muslim world. His writings and public lectures covered diverse subjects including Sīrah, Islamic civilisation, daʿwah, education, and contemporary Muslim affairs. He authored numerous books and scholarly articles in Arabic and Urdu and regularly participated in international conferences and academic forums.

Maulana Salman also maintained academic links with institutions in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, and elsewhere, serving on advisory bodies and contributing to discussions on Islamic education and community development.
