Tasawwuf kya hai?

“Kuch logo ne Sayyeduna Maula Ali Alaihissalam ke saamne Aapki Taarif ki, Aapki Shaan bayan ki. To Aapne farmaya: Ay mere Allah! Tu mere baareme Mujhse bhi zyada jaanta hai! Tu mujhe mujhse bhi zyada jaanta hai ke Mai kya hun! Tu mera mujhse badhkar waakif hai aur Mai Apna in logo se badhkar wakif hun!
Kitni badi Sufiyana baat, Aarifana Baat! Ye baat kabhi ulama-e-zaahir nahi kehsakte! Ay Baari Ta’ala jo kuch mai hun, jitna kuch Mai Apne bareme jaanta hun, Tu mujhe mujhse zyada jaanta hai! Aur jitna kuch wo dusre log taarif karne waale Mere bareme jaante hain, Mai Apne aap ko unse zyada jaanta hun! Kitni Tawaazo kitni Inkesaari hai, Kitni Marifat hai! So aage arz kiya:
Baari Ta’ala jo wo khayal karte hain Mere baareme, Tu usi khayal ke mutabik Mujhe acha karde! Aur Mere jo gunah wo nahi jaante, wo maaf karde! Yaani agar Tune mere khata aur kamzoriya unse chupa rakhi hain, unse chupa rakhi hai to Tu bhi maaf karde! Aur jo wo Mere bareme gumaan karte hain Neki ka Khair ka, Mujhe usi tarah banade!

Ye baat Maula Ali Sher-e-Khuda ne to kahi, magar Unke Zamane ke baad ke adwaar me Sufi aur Aarif ke siwa ye baat koi kehta! Ye dusro ki boli he nahi hai! Ye Tasawwuf hai! Ye Akhlaaq aajayen ye Tasawwuf hai! Ye tarz-e-fikr aajaye ye Tasawwuf hai. Ye Marifat aajaye nafs ki, ye Tasawwuf hai! Zindagi aur bandagi ka ye shaoor aajaye, ye Tasawwuf hai! Ye aajzi, tawaazo, inkesaari aajaye, ye Tasawwuf hai!

Imam-e-Aazam Sayyeduna Abu Hanifa RadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu ek roz guzre, bache khel rahe they gali me. Aap guzre to ek bache ne ba-aawaz-e-buland kaha ruk jao! Khel rok diya aur kaha tumhe malum nahi aisi Hasti aarahi hai jo har raat Allah ke Huzoor qayaam karke 100 nafl ada karti hai! Bacho ne khel rok diya Aap guzar gaye aur rote gaye. Ghar tak rote gaye ke Baari Ta’ala mera mujahda to itna nahi tha, magar Tune mere haal se behtar gumaan Apne bando ke dilo me daal diya!
Us bache ki aawaz ke baad ta-dam-e-Wisaal umr bhar ek raat fir aisi nahi biti ki shab bhar Qayaam na kiya ho! Farmaya bache ki kahi hui baat ab galat na ho! Umr bhar qayaam kiya!
Ye Tasawwuf hai!

Hazrat Shaykh Hatim al Asam, bahot bade baland darja Sufiya aur Auliya se hue! ‘Asam’ arabi me behre (deaf) ko kehte hain, wo behre nahi they, Unke kaan thik they, thik thi unki sama’at, magar laqab Hatim al Asam hai yaani Behra Hatim! Ab ye laqab kaise ban gaya?
Mai aapko Tasawwuf bata raha hun aur sufiya ke Akhlaaq bata raha hun ke kya hain, Ye Rooh-e-Quran, Rooh-e-Islam, Rooh-e-Sunnat-e-Nabwi hai ya koi gair shaye hai? Isse badhkar bhi Islam ki Rooh koi hogi?
Hazrat Hatim ‘Asam’ kaise bane. Unki Majlis me Baghdad me Unke ghar ek khatoon ek masla puchne keliye aayi. Ab aap dekhiye jo aage waqiya aaraha hai, hai is darje ka haya, is darje ka sharmo haya, is darje ka Akhlaaq, is darje ki pardadaari hai kisi ilm-e-zaahir ke muqaam par? Ye Sufiya ka Akkhlaaq hai aur ye hai asal Tasawwuf.

Ek khatoon masla puchne keliye aayin aur wo kareeb baithi thin aur Aapke majlis me baithe hue ittefaq se pet ki taklif aur maraz ki wajah se uski hawa kharij hogayi aur aawaz nikal aayi. Pet ki taklif hai maraz hai to control na rakh sakin, hawa kharij hui aur thodi aawaz nikal aayi. Ab wo aurat badi sharmsaar hogayi, usne badi jhijhak mehsus ki ke Inhone aawaz sunli hogi, kya kahenge is aurat ko tameez he nahi hai akhlaaq he nahi hain tehzeeb he nahi hai. Saaf zaahir hai ye ek fitri amr tha uske andar badi jhijhak aur sharmsa aaya.

Hazrat Shaykh Hatim RadiAllahu Anhu jis kursi par ya chatayi par baithe they ya jis chiz par baithe they, usko ghasita aur ghasitkar us khatoon ke kareeb hue aur kaan ko uske kareeb karke kehne lage:
“Bibi zara unchi aawaz se baat kar, mai kareeb hota hun kaan tumhare paas karta hun, unchi aawaz me bata!”
Usi waqt uski jhijhak jaati rahi! Wo jo sharmsaar hogayi thi wo jaati rahi aur Allah ka Shukr ada kiya ke chalo behre hain Inhone wo aawaz nahi suni hogi! Chunke us aurat ka ek parda rakha sharm-o-haya ka aur aarzi taur pe uske sharm-o-haya ko dur karne aur jhijhak ko dur karne keliye behrapan zaahir kiya! Us din ke baad umr bhar fir ‘Asam’ he bane rahe ta-dam-e-wafaat! Jab kisise koi baat sunte to aise kaan karte zara uncha bolen, ta-dam-e-Wafaat fir ‘Asam’ hona he zaahir kiya taake ye raaz khul na jaye, us khatoon ko kahi pata na chale ke Mai haqiqat me behra nahi hun! Andaza karen isme na koi gunah na isme koi makrooh amal, na haram na khata sharik thi, sirf ek akhlaaqi sa sharm ka pehlu tha usey jhijhak hui, Sufi to wo log hote hain jo dusre ki jhijhak ko bhi dur karne keliye apne aapko aibdaar zaahir karlete hain! Isse unka laqab Hatim ‘Al-Asam’ hogaya!”

Allahumma Salle Ala Sayyedina wa Maulana Muhammadi Nin Nabiyyil Ummiyyil Habibil Aalil Qadril Azeemil Jaahi wa Ala Aalihi wa Sahbihi wa Baarik wa Sallim
