Yazeed par La’nat

*Qaule Imame A’zam Ki Yazeed La’iyn Par Saraahatan Khule Bando’n La’nat Karna Jaa’iz Hai*

“Faqih Ilkiya Al-Harrasi Al-Shafi’i Se Yazeed Ke Bare Me Puchha Gaya To Unhone Jawaban Farmaya Ki Woh Sahaba-e Kiram Me Se Nahin Tha Kyun Ki Woh Hazrat Umar Bin Al-Khattab RadiyAllahu ‘Anhu Ke Ehde Khilafat Me Paida Huwa. Jaha’n Tak (La’ne Yazeed Ke Muta’alliq) Aslaaf Ka Nuqtae Nazar Hai To Imam Aboo Hanifa, Imam Malik Rahmatullahi ‘Alayh Ke Is Me Do Qaul Hain.

Ek Qaul Ke Mutabiq Kinaayatan, Ishaaratan La’nat Karna Jaa’iz Hai,(Talweeh)

Doosre Qaul Ke Mutabiq Saraahatan Khule Bando’n Us Par La’nat Karna Jaa’iz Hai,(Tasreeh)

Aur Hamare Nazdeek Sirf Ek Qaul Hai Tasreeh Na Ki Talweeh. Is Par Saraahatan Khule Bando’n La’nat Bhejna Jaa’iz Hai Aur Aisa Kyun Na Ho Jab Ki Woh Shataranj Khelne Waala, Cheeto’n Ka Shikaar Karne Waala Aur Sharaab Me Mad’hosh Rehne Waala Shakhs Tha.”

Allama Halabi Likhte Hain:

“Faqih Ilkiya Al-Harrasi A’imma-e Shafi’iyya Ke Akaabirin Me Se Hain Aur Imam-ul-Harmayn Ke Shaagird Hain Aur Ilm-o Fazl Me Imam Ghazali Ke Ham-Palla Hain Un Se Puchha Gaya Ki Yazeed Sahaba Me Se Tha, Kya Us Par La’nat Jaa’iz Hai? Unhone Jawab Diya Woh Sahaba Me Se Nahin Tha Kyun Ki Hazrat Umar Bin Al-Khattab Ke Daure Khilaafat Me Paida Huwa, Imam Ahmad Ke Us Ke Baare Me Do Qaul Hain Ek Is Par Saraahatan La’nat Kee Hai Aur Doosre Me Ishaaratan La’nat Kee Hai, Imam Aboo Hanifa Aur Imam Malik Ke Bhi Us Ke Baare Me Aise Do Qaul Hain.

Allama Halabi Kehte Hain Ki Hamaara Us Ke Baare Me Qaule Waahid Hai Ham Yazeed Par Ishaaratan Nahin Sharaahatan La’nat Karte Hain, Us Par La’nat Kyun Na Kee Jaa’e, Woh Shatranj Khelta Tha, Cheeto’n Ka Shikaar Karta Tha, Daa’imi(Hamesha Se) Sharaabi Tha Aur Sharaab Ke Baare Me Us Ke Ash’aar Mash’hoor Hain.”

Al-Imam Al-Faqih Ilkiya Al-Harrasi Al-Shafi’i:

“Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Ali, Aboo Al-Hasan Al-Tabari, Laqab Imad-ud-Deen Tha. Sin 450 Hijri Me Tabaristan Me Paida Hu’e. Baghdad Me Sukoonat Ikhtiyaar Kee. Firqa-e Baatiniyyah Kee Tohmat Lagi To Kode Maare Ga’e. Baadshah Ne Qatl Ka Iradah Kiya Magar Mustazhir Ne Himayat Kar Ke Chhudaya. 504 Hijri Me Wafaat Paa’i.”
