1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause..
2. Not urinating in the morning.

We have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits is very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals.

Evening 9 – 11pm:
 is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de- toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in a un relaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Night at 11pm – 1am: The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 – 3am
: de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 – 5am: de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. इसमें कोई अचरज की बात नहीं कि जो कुछ भी आज विज्ञान खोजबीन कर रहा हैं और दुनिया को बता रहा हैं वो सब कुछ इस्लाम हमें कुरान और पेगम्बर ए इस्लाम हजरत मुहम्मद (स•अ•व•) ﷺ के जरिए से 1500 वर्ष पहले ही बता चुका हैं। इस तथ्य को दुनिया के कई जाने माने वेज्ञानिको, इतिहासकारों और चिकित्सको ने सत्यापित भी किया हैं। ऐसा ही इस्लाम का एक तथ्य आज आपके सामने प्रस्तुत करने जा रहा हूँ और वो ये हैं कि इस्लाम ने अपने मानने वालों को ये नसीहत दी हैं कि वे “पेट के बल सोने से बचें” मतलब कि उल्टे न सोयें।
दरअसल ये बात लगभग 1400 वर्ष पहले की हैं जब एक बार पेगम्बर ए इस्लाम हजरत मुहम्मद (स•अ•व•) ﷺ के घर कुछ मेहमान पहुंचे और एक रात वही ठहरें। रात में पेगम्बर ए इस्लाम मेहमानों को देखने के लिए उठे तो उनमें से एक व्यक्ति पेट के बल सो रहा था तो आपने उस व्यक्ति को जगाकर कहा कि पेट के बल सोना अल्लाह को पसंद नहीं हैं क्योंकि ये तरीका नर्क में सोने वालों का हैं। जब मैनें इस हदीस को पढ़ा तो अपने आप को रोक नहीं पाया और इसकी रिसर्च में जुट गया। मेरे मन में एक ही सवाल था कि पेगम्बर ए इस्लाम हजरत मुहम्मद (स•अ•व•)ﷺ ने पेट के बल सोने से क्यों मना किया?
वैसे तो मैंने इंटरनेट पर इस सवाल से संबंधित कई रिपोर्ट और लेख पढ़ें लेकिन मुझे उन सब पर इतना विश्वास नहीं हुआ। लेकिन जब मैंने अमेरिका के सबसे बड़े Chiropractic (एक चिकित्सा पद्धति) के Dr. Jan Lefkovitz की रिपोर्ट पढ़ने पर मुझे जवाब मिल गया कि क्यों इस्लाम पेट के बल सोने से मना करता हैं। दरअसल Dr. Jan Lefkovitz ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में लिखा हैं कि पेट के बल सोना सबसे खतरनाक सिद्ध होता हैं क्योंकि इससे हमारी (Spine) रीढ की हड्डी कमजोर हो जाती हैं जिसके कारण हमारा तंत्रिका तंत्र असंतुलित हो जाता हैं और हमारी गर्दन और कमर में गम्भीर समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो जाती हैं। और जो लोग ज्यादातर पेट के बल सोते हैं उन्हें आगे चलकर नींद न आने की बीमारी भी लग जाती हैं।
