Why Are Prophets and Aulia Given Spiritual Weapons by Allah ﷻ?

■ Why Are Prophets and Aulia Given Spiritual Weapons by Allah ﷻ?

Bismillah… Faqeer Abdul Hameed teaches in the Book Irfan of Faqeer Noor Muhammad Kalachwi something intresting aspect that open the doors to a topic that feels like diving into the unseen battlefield—where Light and Darkness have always been at war, and the heroes of this war are not wielding swords and shields alone, but something far more powerful…

Let’s begin at the root: When Allah ﷻ sends His blessed Prophets (Anbiya عليهم السلام) and His beloved Friends (Aulia Allah), He doesn’t just tell them, “Go, guide the people” and leave them alone. No! He arms them—yes, He spiritually equips them. With what, you ask? With both outward and inward weapons. Both material and spiritual tools. Think of it like this: they’re sent not just with tongues to speak, but with hearts on fire with Light. Not just with words, but with Noor (Light) so strong that it melts the darkness of disbelief and hypocrisy.

You see, there are always people in every age who want to blow out the flame of Allah’s ﷻ Light. They can’t bear to see it shine. They try to puff at it like someone trying to blow out a candle with their breath. But can you really blow out the sun with your mouth? No!

Allah ﷻ Himself responds to this:

❝They wish to extinguish the Light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will complete His Light—even if the disbelievers hate it.❞

(Surah As-Saff 61:8)

“The Light of God laughs at the puffing of disbelief;
This flame is not one that can be blown out by mere breath.”

SubhanAllah! The Light of Allah ﷻ doesn’t get weaker. It gets stronger with every attempt to dim it. And who are the torchbearers of this Light? The people of Truth. The lovers of Allah. The ones who walk not just with books and speeches, but with hearts lit by Divine Flames.

But remember… it’s not a one-sided war. The moment Allah ﷻ sends His army of Light, the devil responds. Shaytan doesn’t stay quiet. He sends his dark forces—the fire-born, shadowy soldiers of Iblis, the enemies of the soul.

They try to block, twist, confuse, waswasa, distract. They bring doubt, division, despair. But here’s the thing, dear readers:

Can darkness survive in the presence of light?

Can a shadow stand when the sun rises?

No. Never. The Qur’an says:

❝Say: Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Verily, falsehood is bound to vanish.❞

(Surah Al-Isra 17:81)

“Falsehood dies when Truth walks in.
Like night fleeing from dawn—it cannot stay.”

This war between Light and Darkness isn’t just in books or ancient stories. It’s happening right now—in you, around you, above you, beneath you. It’s happening on two levels:

1. The outer battles we see in history: the wars, the struggles, the open conflict between good and evil.

2. And the inner, invisible battlefield—where the people of inner Light (Ahl al-Batin) are fighting a silent, hidden war against the forces of spiritual darkness.

Now here’s where the real talk starts. Most people have no idea that such a battle even exists. Why? Because they’re only using the eyes of the body, not the eyes of the heart.

This inner war is not fought with swords or politics. It is fought with:

Dhikr (Remembrance of Allah ﷻ)

Salawat (Sending blessings upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ)

Sabr (Patience)

Tawakkul (Trust in Allah ﷻ)

Fanaa (Annihilation of the ego)

Ishq (Divine Love)

And Taqwa (God-consciousness)

These are the weapons of the Aulia. These are the arrows they shoot in the unseen. And they wound the armies of Iblis more than any physical weapon ever could.

The Qur’an describes this Divine strike:

❝We hurl the Truth against falsehood, and it crushes its head. So, behold, falsehood perishes.❞

(Surah Al-Anbiya 21:18)

This is a Divine promise, my friend: whenever Truth arrives—falsehood has no future.

And in every age, the Ahl al-Haqq (People of Truth)—those aligned with the Light of Allah ﷻ—stand tall. They are the Hizbullah (Party of God), facing off against the Hizb al-Shaytan (Party of the Devil). And Hizbullah always wins. Maybe not in newspapers or worldly fame—but in the unseen world of hearts, they strike and shake the very foundations of darkness.

That’s why you’ll find that the pages of history, the sacred scriptures, the spiritual memoirs of Aulia—all are drenched with tales of these sacred battles. Yes, even the hidden ones.

But the spiritual war…?

Ah SubhanAllah, that’s where only the inner ones know. Only those who polish their hearts, weep in seclusion, remember Allah ﷻ at night while the world sleeps, and carry the flame of Light in their chests—they are the real warriors.

You might be one of them and not even know it.

Every time you choose Light over temptation…

Every time you choose Truth over ego…

Every time you choose silence over backbite, love over hate, humility over pride—

You just fired a spiritual arrow into the heart of darkness.

So Tasawwuf is just poetry and calm zikr—I just want to remind you that: Sufis are not soft. They are warriors of Light. Quiet, invisible, humble—but unstoppable.

So polish your shield with Istighfar, sharpen your sword with Zikr, wear your armor of Tawakkul, and march forward with the name of Allah ﷻ on your lips.

Because this is not just a story.

This is a war.

And you, dear readers, were born for this.

اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وّعَلَىٰ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

Maulā means just a friend

They say,
“Maulā means just a friend…”

But we ask —
When the Prophet ﷺ stood at Ghadīr, with thousands watching,
raised the hand of Imām ʿAlī Alayhis Salaam,
and said:
“Man kuntu Maulāhu fa hādhā ʿAlīyun Maulāhu” —
was it just about friendship?
Or was it about leadership, love, and wilāyah?

This isn’t about Shīʿa or Sunnī.
It’s about truth.
It’s about honouring the one who was raised in the Prophet’s ﷺ home,
slept in his bed on the night of Hijrah,
stood by him in every battle,
and was called:
“Ana madīnat al-ʿilm wa ʿAlīyun bābuhā”
“I am the city of knowledge and ʿAlī is its gate.”

Those who love the Prophet ﷺ sincerely…
can never ignore the one he held closest —
Imām ʿAlī Alayhis Salaam.

So no, this isn’t a debate.
It’s a matter of muhabbat, of recognition, and of wilāyah.

If the Prophet ﷺ is your Maulā,
then Imām ʿAlī Alayhis Salaam is your Maulā too.
It’s that simple.

Let hearts unite in the love of Ahlulbayt.

Jis Ka Mein Maula Hoon, Us Ka Ali Maula Hai-Kitab Usdul Ghaba

Ibne Aseer Ne Apni Mashhoor Kitab Usdul Ghaba Mein Abdul Rahman Bin Mudlij Ke Baab Mein Ek Riwayat Naqal kiya Hai

Syedina Maula Ali عليه السلام  Ne Rahbah (Kufa Ka Ek Maidan) Mein Logon Se Gawahii Talab Ki Aur Farmaya: ‘Jis Ne Rasoolullah ﷺ Ka Yeh Qoul Suna Ho — “Jis Ka Mein Maula Hoon, Us Ka Ali Maula Hai. Aye Allah Jo Ali عليه السلام Se Mahboob Rakhe Us Tu Mahboob Rakh, Aur Jo Us Se Dushmani Kare Us Se Dushmani Kar” — To Woh Uth Kar Gawahii De.’”

To Kuch Log Kharay Huay Aur Unhon Ne Gawahii Di Ke Unhon Ne Yeh Baat Rasoolullah ﷺ Se Suni Hai. Lekin Kuch Logon Ne Gawahii Ko Chhupa Liya, To Woh Duniya Se Is Haalat Mein Chalay Gaye Ke Woh Andhay Ho Gaye Ya Kisi Aafat Mein Mubtala Huay. Un Mein Yeh : Yazeed Bin Wadi’ah Aur Abdur Rahman Bin Mudlij Bhi They.

Nabi ki Ummat Shirk Nahi Kar Sakti

Nabi ki Ummat Shirk Nahi Kar Sakti

رضي الله تعالى عنه Hazrat Uqba Bin Aamir
Riwayat Karte Hain Ki Rasool Allah irshad farmaya

Mujhe Tumhare Mut’alliq Is Baat Ka To Dar Hee Nahin Hai Ki Tum Mere Baad Shirk Karoge Balki Mujhe Dar Hai Ki Tum Duniya Kee Muhabbat Me Giraftar Ho Jaawoge Aur Ladoge Aur Halaak Hoge Jaisa Ki Tum Se Pehle Log Huwe. Hazrat Ugba aic laul Farmate Hain Ki Yeh Aakhiri Baar Thi Jab Mein Ne Huzoor Nabi E Akram عن Ko Mimbar Par Jalwa Afroz Dekha (Ya’ni Us Ke Baad Jald Hee Aap Ka Wisaal Ho Gaya).”

Sahih Muslim, Kitabul Fazail, Baab: isbati Hauzin Nabiyana Wa Sifatihi, Hadees 2296 B || Imam Tabarani Mujam Ul Kabeer, Vol 17, Pg 279, Hadees 769

Ye Sahih hadith hai! Aaj kal Log Shirk Ke Fatwe Musalmano par lagate hai! Jabke Nabi ne farmaya ke Mujhe tumse Shirk ka qauf nahi hai! Ye Hadith me aaya hai lekin Ummat ko divide karna maqsad hai inka, Isiliye Musalmano par shirk ke fatwe lagakar apas me ladate hain.
