Aap ne 18 saal Peer ki khidmat me rehkar Ibaadat wa Riyazaat me guzaare.

Aap ne Hazrat Sayyed Younus, Shaikh Abdus Samad Abdaal aur Shaikh Abul Fazl Sarkhasi se bhi taaleem aur faiz haasil kiya.

Aap ne Baghdad me Madarsa Baab-ul-Azj ki bunyaad rakhi jo Madrasa Jaamia Nizaamia ke naam se mash’hoor hai aur ta’aleem o tadrees shuru ki.

Aap ne apne faiz e kaamil se bahot saare logo ki zindagi badal di aur unhe sufi bana diya.

Hazrat Ghauṡ e aazam Shaikh Abdul Qaadir Jeelaani rahmatullāhi alaihi ne Baghdad tashreef laane ke baad ek baar ek maqaam par qayaam karke mujaahida karte hue 40 din tak khaana nahi khaaya. Hazrat Abu Saeed Mubarak al-Makhzoomi jab waha se guzre to aap ne Ghauṡ e aazam ko apne saath aane ke liye kaha. Magar Ghauṡ e aazam na aaye. Aap waha se chale gaye. Kuchh der baad Hazrat Khizr alaihis salaam waha aaye aur Ghauṡ e aazam ko apne saath aane ke liye farmaaya aur Ghauṡ e aazam ko Hazrat Abu Saeed Mubarak al-Makhzoomi ke ghar par le gaye. Aap ne farmaaya ‘Maine bulaaya to nahi aaye magar Hazrate Khizr ne kaha to aa gaye.’ Phir aap ne Ghauṡ e aazam ko apne saath bithaakar khaana khilaaya. Aur apna faiz ata karke khilaafat ata farmai.

Ghauṡ e aazam aap ke mureed the magar aap un ke martabe ko pehchaan gaye the aur un ki hamesha ta’azeem karte.

Aap jab jaeef ho gaye to aap ne Hazrat Ghauṡ e aazam Shaikh Abdul Qaadir Jeelaani rahmatullāhi alaihi ko Madrasa ki zimmedaari ata ki.

Sab ko mukammal ishq e Rasool ata farmae aur Sab ke Eimaan ki hifaazat farmae aur Sab ko nek amal karne ki taufiq ata farmae.
Aur Sab ko dunya wa aakhirat me kaamyaabi ata farmae aur Sab ki nek jaa’iz muraado ko puri farmae.

Abu Saeed Mubarak Makhzoomi (Arabic: ابوسعیدمبارک مخزومی‎), known also as Mubarak bin Ali Makhzoomi and Abu Saeed and Abu Sa’d al-Mubarak (rarely known as Qazi Abu Sa’d al-Mubarak al-Mukharrimi) was a Sufi saint as well as a Muslim mystic and traditionalist. He was an Islamic theologian and a Hanbali jurist based in Baghdad, Iraq. Abu Saeed was his patronym

Abu Saeed Mubarak Makhzoomi was born in Hankar (the land of his Murshid) on 12th Rajab 403 Hijri but spent most of his life in Makhzum, a small town in Baghdad.[2] He established Baab-ul-Azj,[3] the famous madrasa of Baghdad whom he later handed over to his disciple and khalifah, Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani. Abu Saeed Mubarak Makhzoomi was also appointed as the chief justice but he preferred to renounce the worldly life. Thereafter he led his life as a mystic and devoted his time to the dhikr of Allah. He died on 11th Rabī’ al-Thānī 513 Hijri and was buried in Baab-ul-Azj, Baghdad.[4]

Sufi tradition

Abu Saeed Mubarak Makhzoomi was a renowned Imam of Fiqh in his era. He followed the Hanbali[5] school of thought.[6][7] He was the Murshid and most proficient spiritual guide of Shaikh Abdul Qadir jilani amongst teachers. He often said:

“I invested Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani with a robe khirqa and he invested me too with a robe. We attained blessings from each other.”[8][9]

Abu Saeed Mubarak Makhzoomi conferred khilafat upon Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani who continued the order by renaming it as Qadri order.
