Nishapur and twenty thousand experts of Hadiths

Allama Ibn-e-Hajar quotes from Sava’aik Moharka that, “When he went to Nishapur, due to the rush of people, it was difficult to walk. He was riding on a mule. People were protecting him with umbrellas. Because of this, his face was not visible to the people. Abu Zara’a Razi (Hijri 264) and Muhammad Ibn-e-Aslam (Hijri 242) were very popular as the experts of Hadith and reciters of the Holy Quran. They went ahead and held mule’s rein. With them, there were enumerable worshipers and experts of Hadiths. Very politely, both of them requested him, ‘Huzur, kindly let the people have a glance at your blissfulness and beauty, and, let them hear something from you about the Prophet’s grace.’ He stopped the mule, removed the umbrella. People were so much pleased and happy by this sight that some of them fell down and caressed mule’s legs. The Ulma and the experts of Hadiths shouted loudly and silenced them. Then he said, “My father Hazrat Musa Kazim narrated to me from his father Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq from his father Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir from his father Hazrat Imam Zainul Abedin from his father Hazrat Imam Husain, from his father Hazrat Ali Murtuzat says; My loved one and the pleasure of my eyes the Holy Prophet Hazrat Rasul-eKhudan told me once, that Hazrat Jibraell told him from Allah, The Kalima( La ilaaha Illallaho Muhammad ur Rasul Allah) is my fort whoever said it would enter into my fort. And, whoever entered in my fort was safe from my punishments.’ 9 99

After saying this, he let loose the curtain and went away from there. The experts of Hadith, who were present there, were copying his speech. They were about twenty thousand in number. Imam Ahmad-bin-Hanbal describes, “If this Hadith in the following number (i.e. twenty thousand) recited and blown over a mad man, he would recover and become a normal man.” Abul Qasim Qaisari said, “When this Hadith reached to Amra-e-Saniya, they got it written in golden-water and prepared a will that it should be buried with him in his grave.” After the death of this man, somebody saw him in his dream and asked him, “What did Allah do with

क़िला ज़मीन में धंस गया

मुसलमानों का लशकर शहर असकंद्रिया पर हमला आवर था। असकंद्र का बादशाह खुद भी इस जंग में मौजूद था और बड़े ज़ोर व शोर से लड़ाई का इंतज़ाम कर रहा था । काफ़िर लोग एक बहुत बड़े मज़बूत किले में थे। मुसलमान क़िले के सामने मैदान में पड़े हुए थे। बहुत रोज़ तक बाहम जंग होती रही मगर कुफ़्फ़ार किले में होने की वजह से बचे रहे। उन्हें न ज़्यादा नुक़सान हुआ और न उन्हें कुछ नुक़सान पहुंचा। एक दिन शरजील बिन हसना रज़ियल्लाहु तआला अन्हु सहाबी ने काफ़िरों से यह फ्रमाया कि ऐ काफ़िरो! हमारे अंदर इस वक़्त ऐसे अल्लाह के प्यारे बंदे भी मौजूद हैं कि अगर इस क़िले की दीवार से कहें कि ज़मीन में धंस जा तो फ़ौरन यह किला ज़मीन में धंस जायेगा। यह फरमाकर आपने अपना हाथ क़िले की तरफ उठाया और मुंह से नारा अल्लाहु अकबर का मारा | हाथ से किले की फ़सील को ज़मीन में धंस जाने का इशारा किया । फ़ौरन ही सारा किला जो बड़ा मज़बूत और संगीन था ज़मीन में उतर गया । सारे काफ़िर जो किले के अंदर थे आकर एक खुले मैदान में खड़े हो गये। असकंद्रिया के बादशाह ने यह वाकिया देखा तो होश उड़ गये। शहर छोड़कर बादशाह और उसकी फ़ौज सब भाग गयी और शहर मुसलमानों के हाथ आ गया। 2

( तारीखे वाक़दी व सीरतुलस सालिहीन सफा २२ ) सबक़ : सहाबाए किराम को हुजूर सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम से मुहब्बत और उनकी इत्तेबा की बदौलत काइनात पर तसर्रुफ हासिल था । वह खुदा के हो चुके थे और ख़ुदा उनका हामी व मददगार था। आज हम भी ख़ुदा के हो जायें तो सारी खुदाई अपनी है ।
