🔥 The Magicians of Pharaoh: Truth Recognized

Pharaoh gathered the best magicians of his kingdom to challenge Prophet Mūsā (A.S). He wanted to prove his false power and humiliate the truth. The magicians came confidently, believing their skills would earn them reward and closeness to Pharaoh.

When they threw their ropes and staffs, they appeared to move like snakes by illusion. But when Mūsā (A.S) cast his staff by Allah’s command, it swallowed all their tricks instantly. At that moment, the magicians realized that this was not magic — it was the power of Allah(SWT).

Without hesitation, they fell down in prostration, submitting to the truth they had just witnessed.

♦️ “So the magicians fell down in prostration. They said, ‘We believe in the Lord of the worlds, the Lord of Mūsā and Hārūn.’”

Pharaoh was furious. His pride was shattered. He accused them of betrayal and threatened them with severe punishment, claiming that Mūsā (A.S) had taught them magic in secret.

♦️ “Pharaoh said, ‘You believed in him before I gave you permission. Indeed, this is a plot which you plotted in the city to expel its people from it. But you are going to know.’”

Pharaoh threatened to cut off their hands and feet on opposite sides and crucify them. But the magicians, who moments ago feared Pharaoh, now feared only Allah. Their hearts had tasted īmān, and no worldly punishment could shake it.

They replied with firm faith and certainty:

♦️ “Indeed, we will return to our Lord. And you take revenge on us only because we believed in the signs of our Lord when they came to us.”

Then they made a powerful duʿā’, choosing the Hereafter over this world:

♦️ “Our Lord, pour upon us patience and cause us to die as Muslims.”

Allah honored them by recording their courage forever in the Qur’an — people who recognized truth instantly and surrendered completely, even at the cost of their lives.

Junayd Baghdadi once said, “I learned sincerity from a barber.”

One day, his teacher told him, “Your hair has grown too long; go get a haircut.”
He had no money in his pocket. When he reached the barber’s shop, the barber was cutting another customer’s hair.
Junayd said, “Uncle, will you cut my hair for the sake of Allah?”

The moment the barber heard this, he set his customer aside and said,
“I cut hair every day for money. Today, someone has come for the sake of Allah.”

He kissed Junayd’s head, seated him on the chair, and started cutting his hair while crying.

Junayd thought to himself, “One day, when I have money, I will definitely give something to this man.”

Years passed. He became a great Sufi saint. One day, he went to meet the barber and reminded him of the incident, offering him some money.

The barber replied, “Junayd, you have become such a great Sufi, yet you still haven’t understood that when something is done for the sake of Allah, its reward is not taken from His creation.”

1. सरीया अबू सलमा

उहुद की लड़ाई के बाद मुसलमानों के खिलाफ सबसे पहले बनू असद बिन खुज़ैमा का क़बीला उठा। उसके बारे में मदीना में यह खबर पहुंची कि खुवैलद के दो बेटे तलहा और सलमा अपनी क़ौम और अपने मानने वालों को लेकर बनू असद को रसूलुल्लाह पर हमले की दावत देते फिर रहे हैं।

अल्लाह के रसूल सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम ने झट डेढ सौ अंसार और मुहाजिरों का एक दस्ता तैयार फ़रमाया और हज़रत अबू सलमा रज़ि० को उसका झंडा देकर सेनापति बनाकर रवाना कर दिया।

हज़रत अबू सलमा ने बनू असद के हरकत में आने से पहले ही उन पर इतना अचानक हमला किया कि वे भाग कर इधर-उधर बिखर गए। मुसलमानों ने उनके ऊंटों और बकरियों पर क़ब्ज़ा कर लिया और सकुशल मदीना वापस आ गए। उन्हें आमने-सामने की लड़ाई भी नहीं लड़नी पड़ी।

यह सरीया मुहर्रम 04 हि० के चांद निकलने पर रवाना किया गया था । वापसी के बाद हज़रत अबू सलमा का एक घाव, जो उन्हें उहुद में लगा था, फूट पड़ा और उसकी वजह से वह जल्द ही वफ़ात पा गए। 1

2. अब्दुल्लाह बिन उनैस रज़ि० की मुहिम

इसी माह मुहर्रम सन् 04 हि० की 5 तारीख को यह ख़बर मिली कि खालिद बिन सुफ़ियान हुज़ली मुसलमानों पर हमला करने के लिए फ़ौज जमा कर रहा है। अल्लाह के रसूल सल्ल० ने उसके खिलाफ़ कार्रवाई के लिए अब्दुल्लाह बिन उनैस रज़ि० को रवाना फ़रमाया।

अब्दुल्लाह बिन उनैस रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु मदीना से 18 दिन बाहर रहकर 23 मुहर्रम को वापस तशरीफ़ लाए। वह खालिद को क़त्ल करके उसका सर भी साथ लाए थे। जब नबी सल्ल० की सेवा में हाज़िर होकर उन्होंने यह सर आपके सामने पेश किया तो आपने उन्हें एक डंडा दिया और फ़रमाया कि यह मेरे और तुम्हारे दर्मियान क़ियामत के दिन निशानी रहेगा। चुनांचे जब उनकी वफ़ात का

वक़्त आया तो उन्होंने वसीयत की कि यह डंडा भी उनके साथ उनके कफ़न में लपेट दिया जाए।’

3. रजीअ का हादसा

इसी साल 04 हि० के सफ़र महीने में अल्लाह के रसूल सल्ल० के पास अज्ल और क़ारा के कुछ लोग हाज़िर हुए और ज़िक्र किया कि उनके अन्दर इस्लाम की कुछ चर्चा है, इसलिए आप उनके साथ कुछ लोगों को दीन सिखाने और कुरआन पढ़ाने के लिए रवाना फ़रमा दें।

आपने इब्ने इस्हाक़ के अनुसार 6 लोगों को और सहीह बुखारी की रिवायत के मुताबिक़ दस लोगों को रवाना फ़रमाया और इब्ने इस्हाक़ के अनुसार मुर्सद बिन अबी मुर्सद ग़नवी को और सहीह बुखारी की रिवायत के मुताबिक़ आसिम बिन उमर बिन खत्ताब के नाना हज़रत आसिम बिन साबित को उनका अमीर मुक़र्रर फ़रमाया ।

जब ये लोग राबिग़ और जद्दा के बीच क़बीला हुज़ैल के रजीअ नामी एक चश्मे पर पहुंचे, तो उन पर अल और क़ारा के उक्त लोगों ने क़बीला हुज़ैल की एक शाखा बनू लह्यान को चढ़ा दिया और बनू लह्यान के कई सौ तीरंदाज़ उनके पीछे लग गए और पद-चिह्नों को देख-देखकर उन्हें जा लिया। ये सहाबा किराम एक टीले पर चढ़ गए।

बनू लह्यान ने उन्हें घेर लिया और कहा, तुम्हारे लिए वचन है कि अगर हमारे पास उतर आओ, तो हम तुम्हारे किसी आदमी को क़त्ल नहीं करेंगे ।

हज़रत आसिम ने उतरने से इंकार कर दिया और अपने साथियों समेत उनसे लड़ाई शुरू कर दी। सात आदमी शहीद हो गए और सिर्फ़ तीन आदमी हज़रत खुबैब, जैद बिन दस्ना और एक और सहाबी बाक़ी बचे ।

अब फिर बनू लह्यान ने अपना वचन दोहराया और उस पर तीनों सहाबी उनके पास उतर कर आए, लेकिन उन्होंने क़ाबू पाते ही वचन भंग कर दिया और उन्हें अपनी कमानों की तांत से बांध लिया ।

इस पर तीसरे सहाबी ने यह कहते हुए कि पहली बार ही वचन भंग कर दिया गया है, उनके साथ जाने से इंकार कर दिया। उन्होंने खींच घसीट कर ले जाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन कामियाब न हुए, तो उन्हें क़त्ल कर दिया। हज़रत वक़्त आया तो उन्होंने वसीयत की कि यह डंडा भी उनके साथ उनके कफ़न में लपेट दिया जाए।
