To Inform about Death
When Mamun-ul-Rashid died, Imam said, “I will die after thirty months from today.” And, exactly after thirty months of Mamun-ul-Rashid’s death, Imam also passed away.
To Demand Cloth for Shroud
A person has described, “When I was present in the service of Hazrat Jawad and told him, ‘that particular person has conveyed you greetings. He wishes to get cloth for his shroud.’ When he heard this, he said, ‘He is hassle-free from all this matter.’ When I heard this, I came out but, I could not understand his instructions. Afterwards, I came to know that he had already died before thirteen days.”
Not to follow the Instructions and to invite Destruction
One narrator described, “We decided to go with a group of friends. Before the journey, we went to Hazrat Jawad for his blessings. He said, ‘Do not go out till tomorrow.’ When we came out, my companion said, ‘whatever it is, I am going, because my friend has already left.’ I was surprised to hear it and went my way. There was a horrible flood in the village where they had halted. My friend drowned and died. “
