OBADIAH (ZULKIFL)

Obadiah (Zulkifl) was a contemporary of Elias, He was a very pious man of God and was well respected by the people. He was responsible for saving lives of over a hundred prophets and men of God during the rule of an Israelite king and his heathen wife who killed any one opposing their practice of idolatry. He is named Zulkifl in the Qur’an, which means the saver or protector.

(Zulkifl is named Obadiah in the Torah)
